Junior Inventors
Creative Contraption Warning! This camp is designed by you—the Inventor! Each day you’ll be given a series of challenges which must be overcome using basic materials, simple machines, tips from world famous inventors and the most important thing of all – your imagination!
Spy Academy
This program features fun-filled, hands-on, secret agent-themed science activities that allow kids to play detective, explore forensic science, sharpen their surveillance skills, and crack encrypted messages. Kids become super sleuths!
NASA Journey into Outer Space
Set your future space explorers on a trajectory from our Earth’s atmosphere to the outer reaches of our solar system! This hands-on program brings them closer to the stars, planets, comets, and more. They learn about living in space, getting away from gravity, looking for space phenomena, and they participate in a rocket launch!
Reactions in Action
Dive into the realms of the Chemical and Physical world in this crazy week of non-stop action – and Reaction! Explore our wonderlab and find eggs that don’t break, ice that doesn’t melt and discover how to freeze time! Perform spectacular hands on experiments and continue the fun at home with the gadgets you’ve designed in the lab!
"Fizz"-ical Phenomena & Che-Mystery
Have a ton of fun and whip up potions! Experiment with all kinds of chemical reactions, including growing crystals, making sidewalk chalk, and learning the science of chromatography! Mix it up and experiment with molecular madness, radical reactions and “fizz”-ical and chemical reactions!
Machine Maniacs
Whether you love to build things or destroy them, this camp includes lots of both! Design and build structures using simple tools and your imagination! The machine madness starts when you discover how different machines, both simple and complex, are used in our daily lives. Children will even build their own Robot!
Jet Cadets
This hands-on Mad Science program teaches you all about aerodynamics and the world above us! Explore the basic principles of flight, build airplanes, ride a hovercraft and construct balloon copters. Learn about celestial navigation and take home a rocket you build yourself!
Bio Blast
Use all your senses and explore the natural world around you. Have fun finding and magnifying nature’s smallest creatures, pour plaster casts of animal tracks, and make recycled paper! Discover how birds thrive and solve the mystery of what Mr. Owl ate for lunch and more fun stuff!
BRIXOLOGY
BRIXOLOGY builds the foundation for our next generation of makers! Take home a different LEGO™ inspired project each day! From carnival rides to machines that draw we take creativity to a whole new level and solve real-world design challenges! Let the tinkering begin!!
Underground Explorers
Kids learn about archaeology and the techniques scientists use to excavate long lost cities! They discover ancient civilizations and the tools and artifacts they used in everyday life! They also study bone fragments, pottery shards, amber deposits, and fossils. Each class also includes a make and take-home project, like a fossil reproduction, an amber time capsule, and coins from around the world!
Schoolhouse Chess
Chess pieces come to life with creative personalities! Play with our GIANT chess set and learn chess rules, strategies and tactics. Participants will receive a chess set to take home. Appropriate for beginners.
Little Green Thumbs (Preschool)
Flowers and minds can’t blossom without STEMs. Specially designed for inquisitive pre-K or Kinder-“Gardeners”. Discover how to paint with wind, build a bug model, start your own garden and learn what nature needs to make plants grow! (Participants MUST be potty trained.)
STEM-ulating Science (Preschool)
Find out just how much fun Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) can be! We put our engineering and technology skills to use and build structures, explore space and discover magnetic levitation! Basic math concepts are used throughout the camp. Kids continue learning at home with experiments they’ve made at camp!
My First Lab (Preschool)
Junior Mad Scientists dive in to the realms of science with non-stop, hands-on fun! Learn about everything from Air Pressure to Zebras! As mini paleontologists we search for fossils and dig for dinosaurs! Become bubbleologists and learn about the science of bubbles!
